Robotic Painting,
Built for Contractors
Who Finish First.
PaintForge is an autonomous wall-and-ceiling painting platform in development, engineered to multiply crew output with closed-loop coating consistency. We are recruiting a small group of GTA design partners for 2026 pilot deployments.
Limited pilot cohort • Preferred pricing for founding partners
One platform, working
independently on every surface.
A closer look at how a single PaintForge unit runs a job on its own — full-height walls, overhead ceilings, stairwells, and the tight edges in between. Swipe the rail, then open any view for the design-spec envelope and how that pass is executed.

Designed Around Real Job Sites.
Large-Field Airless Spraying
Industrial airless spray systems designed for 1,000+ sqft per coat per day, with consistent pressure control on primer, base, and finish coats.
Learn moreDynamic Spray Path Optimization
Vision-guided path planning designed to minimize overspray, eliminate holidays, and hold a ±2 mil thickness target across walls, ceilings, and complex geometry.
Learn moreClosed-Loop Mil Thickness
Real-time thickness sensing with closed-loop flow control, so every square foot is applied to spec instead of eyeballed — the core of our quality thesis.
Learn moreBack-Rolling & Edge Detailing
A planned secondary roller attachment for texture matching, with servo-gun control for reveals, corners, and architectural details.
Learn moreMulti-Coat Scheduling
Designed to sequence primer → base → topcoat with dry times driven by measured humidity and temperature, not guesswork.
Learn moreOne Shared Platform
PaintForge is designed as the first end-effector on a shared mobile-base platform, so future finishing tools run on the same base, OS, and operator training.

in Five Steps.
Site Scan & Digital Twin
The robot maps walls, ceilings, columns, and openings with depth vision, building a 3D model and identifying masking zones.
Spray Path Planning
The planner generates coverage paths. You review coverage heatmaps and back-roll zones in the app, then approve or adjust.
Kit Mount & Deploy
The airless spray kit mounts to the mobile base. One operator supervises setup and safety zones.
Autonomous Execution
The robot sprays with real-time thickness monitoring and a live feed. Your crew focuses on prep, masking, and QA.
Quality Report & Handover
An auto-generated spray report with thickness maps, coverage photos, and environmental logs, ready for inspector sign-off.
What Robotic Painting Could Mean
for Your Next Project.
Interactive ROI Model
Model the potential impact for your project. All outputs are estimates based on engineering targets.
Modeled estimates only. Assumptions use published 2025–2026 Ontario labor rates and PaintForge engineering targets — not measured field results. Pilot deployments will validate these numbers.
We are looking for a handful of
GTA contractors to build this with.
Who it's for
- GCs and painting subs running 40k+ sqft interior packages in the GTA
- Teams losing bids or margin to painter shortages
- Operators willing to give structured feedback during pilots
What design partners get
- First access to pilot units and preferred RaaS pricing locked in
- Direct input into end-effector, reporting, and workflow design
- Named case-study rights once results are real and measured
The Shared Interior Finishing Stack
PaintForge is the first product on a shared mobile-base platform. The long-term thesis: one base, one operator training program, one dashboard — with swappable end-effectors for painting and, later, other finishing trades.
- → Unified fleet dashboard for every robot on a job
- → Spray path optimizer with coverage and overspray prediction
- → Live telemetry: pressure, flow rate, mil thickness, temp, humidity
- → Compliance-ready job logging for inspectors
- → Integrations with construction management tools on the roadmap
Robotic painting works.
Verified robotic painting wins.
Funded ventures in the US and Europe have already painted millions of square feet with robots — as a service, and as rentals. The category is proven. Our wedge: the deliverable includes the evidence — a sensor-verified thickness record for every square foot, ready for inspector sign-off.

What contractors ask us first.
Does PaintForge have robots painting job sites today?
No. PaintForge is in active development. We are recruiting a small group of GTA contractors as design partners for 2026 pilot deployments — the pilots are how the system earns its field results.
Where do the performance numbers come from?
They are engineering targets, not measured field results: roughly 4× manual crew output, ±2 mil thickness tolerance via closed-loop control, and 1,000+ sqft per coat per day per robot. The ROI calculator combines these targets with published 2025–2026 Ontario labor rates. Pilots exist to validate every one of them.
How does Robot-as-a-Service pricing work?
RaaS means no capital expense — you pay a monthly rate per robot instead of buying hardware. The published figures are target prices for pilot and early-production units. Founding design partners lock in preferred rates. Full detail is on the Pricing page.
What does a design partner actually commit to?
Giving structured feedback during pilot deployments on your real interior packages. In return you get first access to pilot units, preferred RaaS pricing locked in, direct input into the end-effector and reporting design, and named case-study rights once results are real and measured.
What surfaces and coats can it handle?
The platform targets walls and ceilings with industrial airless spraying across primer, base, and finish coats. A roller attachment for back-rolling, texture matching, and edge detailing is on the roadmap for the shared mobile base.
How is coating quality verified?
The quality thesis is closed-loop mil-thickness sensing with real-time flow control, producing a sensor-verified thickness record for every square foot. That inspector-ready evidence trail is the wedge — the deliverable includes proof, not just paint.
What is the service area for the 2026 pilot?
The Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. Early cohorts are intentionally small so each partner gets real engineering attention.
